19g Fram/Ayres IOL Cutter

The latest innovation in MST micro-instrumentation, the 19g Fram/Ayres IOL Cutter features a serrated blade design specifically engineered to better facilitate cutting of thicker foldable IOLs.

Developed in collaboration with Dr. Nicole Fram and Dr. Brandon Ayres, the serrated cutting edge aims to prevent distal slipping of the IOL during the closure of the scissor. It was designed to securely engage the lens optic and maintain control throughout the cut, providing surgeons with a dedicated solution for challenging IOL explantation cases.

Built with the same low-profile, hinge-less design as the MST Packer/Chang IOL Cutter, the 19g Fram/Ayres IOL Cutter delivers exceptional cutting performance through small incisions while minimizing lens movement and corneal distortion.
