The unique coaxial design limits the action to the distal end, minimizing viscoelastic egress and providing access through a 1.0mm paracentesis if needed. The viewport. The Seibel Capsulorhexis Forceps feature a port at the distal end, which provides visibility through grasping tips and allows you to see directly to where you are grasping on the capsule.

The rhexis ruler. While in the closed position, the Seibel Capsulorhexis Forceps have a ruler where the lines indicate whole numbers and the bottoms of the numbers indicate the half-millimeter mark.

No cystotome. The Seibel Capsulorhexis Forceps are available with sharp tips so that you may initiate your tear using the forceps, eliminating the need to use a cystotome.
